Het schip
The Kiekendief is a traditional Dutch river barge, a sailing vessel, built in 1895 by Duyvendijk in Lekkerkerk. She was refitted as a charter ship in 1991 and is now a hotel barge, to provide the guests with the utmost comfort.
All of the 12 cabins ( 9 two person, 1 threeperson and 2 four person cabins) come complete with central heathing, hot and cold taps and 230 v power outlet. On board you will also find 6 toilets and 6 hot showers. The ships interior is spacious and comfortable complete with modern kitchen.
